What to Expect When You Work with Me:

1)      Initial Phone Call

On our initial call, we’ll cover your goals and I’ll briefly outline my process for helping clients secure the best possible price in the fewest days on market.  If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule your Strategic Marketing Consultation.

2)      Strategic Marketing Consultation

Over about 90 minutes, we’ll cover your goals in greater detail and develop a clear strategy for getting you the highest possible price in the fewest days on the market. I’ll advise you on possible home preparation that can improve your ROI. And we’ll also cover the important things you need to know for selling your property, legal paperwork, and relevant market stats.

3)      Preparing Your Home for Sale

Presenting your home in its best light is a step that many homeowners overlook. But it can often produce significant increases in your return on investment. Before we hit the market, we’ll get upgrades (if any) completed. If you’d prefer, I offer services that can get the work done for you at no upfront costs—you’ll only pay at closing. Once home preparations are complete, we’ll get photos taken and place a sign in the yard.

4)      On The Market to Sold

Now it’s time to hit the market. As we receive offers, I’ll help you evaluate and negotiate. It’s my job to keep you informed at each step of the way. Once we accept an offer, I help guide you through the closing process so you can transition to your new home with ease.
