2) Strategic Home Search Consultation
Over about 90 minutes, we’ll cover your goals in greater detail and develop a clear strategy for getting you your ideal property with the best possible terms. We’ll also cover important things you need to know for focusing your search, and understanding financing, legal paperwork, and market stats.
3) Home Search
Now it’s time to go house searching. I receive automated alerts for newly listed homes and I often have access to off-market properties—which you’ll get to benefit from.
4) Offer to Close
Once we’ve found your next home, I’ll help you craft a compelling offer and negotiate the terms. Once our offer is accepted, I’ll assist you all way through the closing process so you can transition to your new home with ease.
